LifeREACH is an outreach/visitation strategy that will meet on a once-a-month basis. Unless otherwise noted, we will meet on the last Tuesday night of the month.

Monthly Meeting Schedule:

7:00 p.m. – (Welcome) Meet, greet, and eat
7:30 p.m. – Specific assignments distributed to teams
7:40 p.m. – Commissioning prayer
8:45 – 9:00 p.m. – Arrive back at the church and turn in all contact and reporting information.

Description of the Five LifeREACH Ministry Teams:

· R-Team (Ring Team) –makes phone calls to disconnected GHBC members and prospects.

· E-Team (Evangelism Team) – targets specific areas (i.e. neighborhoods, public locations, etc.) each month to evangelize. A large map displayed at our meeting area shows the locations that we will be working in for that month.

· A-Team (Acknowledge Team) – prays (at the church or prayerwalk a location) for the duration of the LifeREACH meeting to acknowledge the need for the Holy Spirit to empower, grant wisdom to, and lead our teams. There may be some who desire to stay at the church in the prayer room, or prayerwalk or even prayerdrive neighborhoods where our team will be going. Participants may even stand before the community map and pray or pray over the church membership roster. The key is to have constant prayer for the duration of the meeting.

· C-Team (Community Team) – visits disconnected GHBC members and prospects in homes around our community.

· H-Team (Handwriting Team) – sends handwritten cards to disconnected GHBC members and prospects.
