PRAISE LIST, PRAYER LIST & ANNOUNCEMENTS—October 7, 2026

PRAISES TO THE LORD:

Tim Williams - His brother Jake had surgery last week to remove his Gallbladder. Praise the Lord, all went well and he was able to attend our church this past Sunday!

Derrick Brigman - Had another series of shots in his back recently and all went well - Praise the Lord!

Cathy Williams - She had eye surgery recently and all went very well - Praise the Lord!

Carol McMahon – She broke her femur recently and was able to return to church! Praise the Lord!

*Life + Church in Kyiv Ukraine – Their water well and heater are almost finished being installed. This upcoming Sunday they will celebrate being a new church for one year - praise the Lord!

PRAYER LIST:

Deborah Salley – Had MOHS surgery on October 5^th. Prayers are appreciated.

Johnny Foster – He was admitted into the Hospital recently. He is at LMC South Tower room 624. He is supposed to be transferred to Encompass today for therapy and continued recovery. Pray for healing and ALSO pray for Lori and Neta.

Austin Powell – He left Sunday, Sept. 27^th. He is being deployed with the Army to the Middle East for a year.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Sunshine Ministry will be held October 13^th at 11 AM with a $6 meal request per person. Mike McCormick will be sharing. Men and Women’s ministry meetings that night at 7 PM. 

Coffee and Pastries will be October 17th, 8:30 AM—10 AM. Volunteers Needed.

The Quarterly Review will be held on Sunday, October 18th immediately following Worship Service.

Trunk or Treat: Oct. 25th, 4–6 PM! We need candy donations, please drop off wrapped candy in the foyer.     

A Night of Thanksgiving, Testimonies, and Praise Nov. 1st at 6 PM | Join us as we kick off the Thanksgiving season! We need your video testimony or praise report (under 5 minutes) to share during the service! Record yourself and send it to Jarrett by October 28th. Need help recording or sending your video? Contact Lori or Jarrett.

Homebound Ministry This is a new addition to what the deacons are currently doing in caring for our home bound members. We are asking for volunteers to embrace a homebound member to let them know they are loved and cared for. If interested in this vital ministry you can contact Lynn Branham.

Security Team If you have an interest, a meeting will be held this Sunday, October 11th after services.

Prayer Team If you have an interest, a meeting will be held on Sunday, October 18th immediately after the QR.
